Description

  • Own and deliver the full enablement curriculum, including baseline Cowork sessions, role-specific tracks, skill-authoring labs, executive coaching, demo factory facilitation, and train-the-trainer programs.
  • Facilitate live sessions and workshops with customer teams, leadership groups, and internal champions across one-on-one, small-group, and large-room settings.
  • Build and refine the curriculum and enablement playbook based on lessons learned from customer engagements.
  • Lead the creation of 3-5 lighthouse use cases per customer engagement through demo factory facilitation.
  • Run the "study your work" exercise to identify customer use case candidates and opportunities for follow-up.
  • Prepare post-session briefs for the Provectus account team summarizing customer interest and next-step opportunities.
  • Maintain the demo library, curriculum decks, and skill catalog used in training.
  • Support the setup of customer communities of practice and the first months of skill-sharing cadence.
  • Collaborate with internal teams by handing off engineering, advisory, platform, knowledge, and commercial work to the appropriate Provectus functions.

Requirements

  • Experience as a workshop facilitator, bootcamp instructor, university lecturer, internal enablement lead, or technical trainer.
  • Strong public speaking ability in rooms ranging from small executive meetings to groups of fifty or more.
  • Background in developer relations, evangelism, consulting, or another role that combines teaching with customer influence.
  • Executive presence and the ability to engage credibly with CFOs, CIOs, heads of operations, and other senior stakeholders.
  • Strong emotional intelligence and the ability to read the room, hear the question behind the question, and handle pushback calmly.
  • Consulting posture with the ability to listen first, diagnose second, and recommend third.
  • Working knowledge of business software such as CRM, ERP, BI, Office, or productivity suites.
  • Hands-on familiarity with at least one general-purpose AI tool such as Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot, Gemini, or similar.
  • Willingness to be taught Cowork, Claude, and agentic-AI concepts; prior deep expertise is not required.
  • No coding background required.
