Description

  • Lead coordination with customers to elicit and translate business needs into detailed functional requirements.
  • Collaborate with development teams to design and transition functional requirements into technical solutions.
  • Build trusting relationships with customers to support enhancement requests and system-related issues.
  • Explore new technologies to identify process improvement opportunities and support more efficient workflows.
  • Test user stories, validate acceptance criteria, and create or run queries to analyze data from various applications.
  • Help define the scope, objectives, estimates, and feasibility of moderately complex system-related projects.
  • Create, maintain, and update critical system data elements and configurable applications with minimal development support.
  • Prepare end-user procedures and manuals and provide end-user training for new or changed system functionality.
  • Mentor and train team members on technology, best practices, and standards.
  • Work in an agile environment while meeting sprint commitments and release schedules.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business-related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or in a related role.
  • Experience working with business units to define needs, provide analysis, and document impacts of change.
  • Experience collaborating with internal IT teams to define and design application solutions that meet customer needs and IT best practices.
  • Experience with Agile methodology and the ability to transform complex problems into user stories is preferred.
  • Working knowledge of SQL, C#, or JavaScript is preferred.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics and Power Apps, NICE/Amelia, OpenText, Solimar, CMOD, Hyland OnBase, or Microsoft Power BI is preferred.
  • Understanding of moderately complex data structures and database schemas is preferred.
  • Strong analytical, complex problem-solving, organizational, and detail-oriented skills are required.
  • Ability to travel as needed is required.
