Description

  • Collaborate with product stakeholders to gather, define, and document feature requirements.
  • Write and analyze user stories to ensure technical clarity and alignment with business goals.
  • Create and maintain detailed technical documentation to support development.
  • Assist stakeholders with prioritization and implement requested changes.
  • Visualize workflows using flowcharts, UML, or BPMN.
  • Prepare wireframes and collaborate with UI/UX teams to align designs with technical requirements.
  • Present implemented solutions to clients and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
  • Work closely with engineers, QAs, product stakeholders, and clients throughout the development process.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience as a Business Analyst.
  • Experience documenting system requirements, organizing data, and simplifying complex concepts.
  • Technical literacy and understanding of data structures, scripting, infrastructure, and API communication.
  • Knowledge of BA methodologies and tools such as Story Map, Jira, and Confluence.
  • Proficiency in G Suite and flowcharting tools like LucidChart.
  • Experience creating wireframes and collaborating with UI/UX teams.
  • Experience with bug tracking, modeling, and collaboration tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Advanced English level.
  • Confidence, proactivity, and effective communication for client and stakeholder interactions.
  • Understanding of SDLC, Agile, and modern software engineering practices (desirable).
  • Familiarity with the payments or finance sectors (desirable).
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, Business, or a related field (desirable).
  • Experience preparing requirements for third-party integrations (desirable).
