Description

  • Design and develop Power BI dashboards, reports, executive scorecards, and KPI visualizations.
  • Build scalable data models and reporting solutions using DAX, Power Query, and Power BI best practices.
  • Develop and maintain Power Automate workflows for approvals, notifications, alerts, and business process automation.
  • Integrate Microsoft services with third-party systems using APIs, custom connectors, REST APIs, and webhooks.
  • Develop Canvas Apps and Model-Driven Apps in Power Apps and support solutions built on Dataverse.
  • Create Azure Functions and cloud-based automation to support secure, scalable integrations.
  • Build Microsoft Teams automations, notifications, adaptive cards, and collaboration tools.
  • Document workflows, dashboards, applications, integrations, and automation architecture.
  • Troubleshoot issues, monitor reliability, and continuously improve performance, usability, scalability, and maintainability.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, prioritize work, and translate business needs into technical solutions.

Requirements

  • 2–4+ years of experience developing solutions with Microsoft Power Platform, Microsoft 365, and Azure Services.
  • Proven experience building business applications, automation workflows, reporting systems, and analytics dashboards.
  • Advanced knowledge of Power BI, including DAX, Power Query, data modeling, dashboard development, reporting architecture, and visualization best practices.
  • Strong experience with Power Automate, including advanced workflow automation, custom connectors, approval workflows, orchestration, and business process automation.
  • Experience with Azure Functions, cloud automation, REST APIs, webhooks, and third-party integrations.
  • Development experience with JavaScript, TypeScript, API authentication, integration architecture, and automation design.
  • Familiarity with Power Apps, Microsoft Dataverse, Copilot Studio, AI-powered automation, Microsoft Teams app development, Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, SQL, data warehousing concepts, embedded analytics, incremental refresh, and Row-Level Security implementation is preferred.
  • Comfort owning projects from discovery through deployment and working in a remote, U.S. business hours (EST) schedule.
  • Strong systems-thinking, analytical problem-solving, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to communicate clearly with stakeholders and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
