Description

  • Develop and maintain high annuity production through execution of a detailed business plan, including training, motivating, and developing relationships with specified Financial Institutions.
  • Execute senior wholesaling functions in the assigned geographic territory to cultivate business and achieve activity and sales goals with top producers across distribution channels.
  • Support and advocate for corporate objectives, act as a steward of company resources, and serve as a leader within the Annuity Distribution group.
  • Adhere to and meet required activity expectations and territory management strategy to maximize sales opportunities.
  • Build and grow advisor relationships through prospecting, training, and ongoing engagement to increase distribution and retention.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support product positioning, distribution strategies, and execution of sales initiatives.

Requirements

  • BS/BA degree.
  • 5+ years of experience in annuity wholesale distribution.
  • Proven track record of developing sales results in an assigned territory.
  • Previous external sales management experience preferred.
  • Experience across multiple annuity distribution channels preferred.
  • State Life and Health license required.
  • FINRA Series 6 and 63 required.
  • This is a virtual/work-from-home position subject to the company’s virtual workplace standards.
