Description

  • Recruit, hire, onboard, and develop a high-performing team of enterprise sellers within budget and timeline expectations.
  • Set the regional sales vision and drive disciplined execution against productivity and revenue milestones.
  • Build pipeline across multiple demand channels, including field sales, SDRs, marketing, partners, and customer advocates.
  • Develop regional account strategies and support collaborative team selling and opportunity planning.
  • Partner with Sales Engineering to deliver tailored product demonstrations and scalable proof-of-concept programs.
  • Lead customer expansion efforts through retention, value realization, upsell growth, and executive relationships.
  • Forecast monthly and quarterly revenue through rigorous deal inspection and forecasting methodology.
  • Build and grow strategic channel partnerships to extend market reach and complement direct sales.
  • Run Quarterly Business Reviews to assess sales performance, execution, and progress toward strategic goals.
  • Identify, cultivate, and close complex enterprise deals with executive stakeholders such as CISOs, CIOs, and CTOs.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of enterprise sales experience with a strong track record of exceeding quota in security, networking, and/or software solutions.
  • 3+ years of experience leading a sales team focused on new business and new logo growth.
  • Experience building new demand, acquiring new customers, and sourcing new pipeline.
  • Demonstrated success closing complex enterprise sales with multiple buying influences in new or emerging solution categories.
  • Experience managing and closing deals of $200K+ and high-value transactions above $1M+.
  • Experience building relationships with customers and partners at the executive level.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills, including the ability to translate technical features into business value.
  • Familiarity with consultative, value-based sales methodologies such as Force Management, Challenger Sale, or MEDDICC.
  • Outstanding verbal, written, and presentation skills.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Based in the New York metropolitan area, including Northern New Jersey or Connecticut, preferred.

Benefits

  • Base salary range of $197,650 to $232,500 USD.
  • Eligibility for bonus or incentive compensation.
