Description

  • Recruit, hire, onboard, and develop a world-class team of enterprise sellers on time and on budget.
  • Define, track, and enable seller productivity KPIs and milestones to ensure the team meets growth and revenue targets.
  • Drive disciplined pipeline generation by activating all demand channels including AE prospecting, SDRs, marketing, partners, and customer advocates.
  • Develop and execute an overall account strategy for the region to enable collaborative team selling and consistent execution.
  • Partner closely with Sales Engineering to deliver tailored product demonstrations and run a repeatable proof-of-concept/technology validation program.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships focused on value realization, retention, upsell expansion, and customer advocacy.
  • Own monthly and quarterly revenue forecasting through disciplined deal inspection and forecast methodology.
  • Develop, activate, and grow channel partnerships to complement direct sales and expand market reach.
  • Facilitate Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to measure sales productivity, assess plan execution, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Identify, cultivate, and close new enterprise business at executive levels (CISO/CIO/CTO) within the designated territory.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of Enterprise Sales experience with a track record of exceeding quotas selling security, networking, and/or software solutions.
  • 3+ years of experience leading a sales team focused on new business and new logo acquisition.
  • Proven hunter mentality and direct experience managing teams responsible for creating new demand and sourcing new pipeline.
  • Successful experience closing complex enterprise deals with multiple buying influences and selling in new or emerging solution categories.
  • Experience managing and closing deals at $200K+ and handling high-value transactions above $1M.
  • Demonstrated ability to establish and foster executive-level relationships with partners and customers.
  • Skilled in strategic account planning, opportunity strategy, and C-level engagement to drive consistent execution.
  • Familiarity with consultative, value-based sales methodologies (e.g., Force Management, Challenger Sale, MEDDIC).
  • Strong presentation, verbal, and written communication skills with the ability to translate technical features into business value.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and accountable for consistent over-achievement; ideally based in the New York metropolitan area (including Northern New Jersey or Connecticut).

Benefits

  • Base salary range: $197,650 — $232,500 USD.
  • Eligible for bonus or incentive compensation.
  • Potential equity participation in the company.
