Description

  • Develop and execute outbound-focused sales growth strategies for the West Region in collaboration with regional and global leadership.
  • Hire, mentor, coach, and enable a team of Enterprise Account Executives to consistently exceed targets through structured training and development.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Partnerships, Customer Experience, Product, and Revenue Operations to align go-to-market plans and drive pipeline generation.
  • Define, manage, and report on monthly and quarterly sales objectives and build internal metrics to provide detailed visibility into sales performance.
  • Measure and manage the sales pipeline and deliver accurate ongoing forecasts to regional and global leadership.
  • Drive and participate in critical, high-visibility sales cycles: uncover customer problems, present solutions, manage the sales process, and close deals.
  • Implement, execute, and continuously improve sales processes, tools, and motivational activities in partnership with Revenue Operations.
  • Foster a positive team culture of collaboration, learning, and trust across direct reports and the broader sales organization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA or other relevant advanced degree preferred.
  • 8+ years of experience within a sales organization at a hypergrowth SaaS startup relevant to finance, supply chain, sales performance management, business planning, BI, or data analytics.
  • 3+ years of experience managing and developing a team of sellers with demonstrated results in elevating performance and achieving sales targets.
  • Experience engaging executive stakeholders, including C-suite, with clear, concise communications that drive action.
  • Experience managing deal cycles of approximately 6–9 months with average contract values in excess of $150k (preferred).
  • Proven ability to define strategy, work autonomously, and execute tactical activities to drive revenue at the point of sale.
  • Track record of developing and implementing sales strategies that simplify complex problems and win new market opportunities.
  • Willingness to undergo background checks and provide consent for lawful pre-employment screening; ability to work in the West Region (US) and in a remote capacity as required.
