Description

  • Develop and maintain high levels of annuity production by executing a detailed regional business plan.
  • Train, motivate, and develop successful working relationships with specified financial institutions and advisors.
  • Execute wholesaling functions in assigned geographic territories to cultivate business and attain activity and sales goals with top producers.
  • Coordinate and execute a regional business plan with Internal Wholesalers and act as a key driver for the sales team in the assigned territory.
  • Support and advocate for corporate objectives and act as a steward of company resources within the Annuity Distribution group.
  • Adhere to required activity expectations and territory management strategies to maximize opportunities and drive sales.
  • Grow and deepen advisor relationships through regular outreach, product training, and sales support activities.
  • Report on territory performance and implement initiatives to meet or exceed sales and activity goals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA).
  • 5+ years of experience in annuity wholesale distribution.
  • State Life and Health license required.
  • FINRA Series 6 and Series 63 required.
  • Proven track record of developing sales results in an assigned territory.
  • Previous external sales management experience preferred.
  • Experience across multiple annuity distribution channels is optimal.
  • Ability to cover and support the specified territory (Colorado, Nebraska, Kansas) while working remotely.
