Description

  • Develop and maintain annuity production by executing a detailed business plan with Financial Institutions.
  • Train, motivate, and build productive relationships with specified Financial Institutions.
  • Support corporate objectives and serve as a leader within the Annuity Distribution group.
  • Execute wholesaling activities across assigned geographic territories.
  • Cultivate business to achieve activity and sales goals with top producers in independent distribution channels.
  • Coordinate and execute a regional business plan with Internal Wholesalers.
  • Act as a key driver for the sales team within the assigned territory.
  • Adhere to required activity levels and territory management strategy.
  • Execute specific activity expectations to grow advisor relationships and sales.

Requirements

  • BS/BA degree.
  • 5+ years of experience in annuity wholesale distribution.
  • Previous external sales management experience preferred.
  • Proven track record of developing sales results in an assigned territory.
  • Experience across all channels of annuity distribution is optimal.
  • State Life and Health License.
  • FINRA Series 6 and 63.
  • Experience working with banks, wirehouses, and independent channels.
  • Ability to cover the Eastern Michigan, Detroit Metro, Northwest Ohio, and Indiana territory.
