Description

  • Drive revenue growth by identifying and engaging new clients interested in change capability or change management support for critical business initiatives.
  • Develop account growth strategies that position the Prosci brand as a market leader within target accounts.
  • Build and maintain relationships with C-level executives and senior decision makers across multiple industries.
  • Collaborate with account teams and internal partners on client touchpoints, annual account reviews, and strategic account planning.
  • Provide ongoing feedback on change management strategy and recommend Prosci offerings that advance client capability.
  • Represent Prosci in onsite sales meetings, web meetings, tradeshows, and events.
  • Manage key business development metrics across enterprise engagements, new service offerings, service plans, and client maturity assessments.
  • Own the client acquisition process from opportunity identification and scoping through proposal creation, negotiation, and contract close.
  • Use value-based selling to position solutions and communicate clear business impact.
  • Engage effectively with Works Councils in Germany and identify ways they can support change management adoption.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience acquiring new clients through a consultative sales approach in change management, advisory services, or professional services.
  • 10+ years of experience working with senior-level leaders across multiple industries.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools, especially Salesforce.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Experience with Prosci tools and virtual meeting platforms.
  • Demonstrated experience collaborating with Works Councils in Germany (Betriebsräte) is strongly preferred.
  • Fluent in German and English; additional European language proficiency is preferred.
  • Experience selling multi-year professional service engagements in the €200k to €500k range, with mention of €200k to €1,000k engagements.
  • Strong solution-selling, negotiation, and quota attainment track record in sales or business development roles.
