Description

  • Monitor TrackNow performance, postbacks, attribution gaps, and commission discrepancies on a daily basis.
  • Investigate tracking, attribution, and revenue issues end to end and quantify their financial impact.
  • Escalate material tracking and reconciliation issues to the RevOps Manager and Head of Data & Analytics.
  • Maintain and reconcile commission data across PFM systems, TrackNow, affiliate dashboards, and partner platforms.
  • Lead technical tracking conversations directly with partner firms when needed.
  • Document reconciliation outcomes, methods, and lessons learned.
  • Improve reconciliation tooling and automation to increase accuracy and efficiency.
  • Manage an open case tracker with ownership, financial impact, deadlines, next steps, and resolution history.
  • Drive open cases to resolution with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Produce firm-facing discrepancy summaries, visual explanations, and data-backed recommendations for partner conversations and negotiations.

Requirements

  • Experience in RevOps, data analytics, finance operations, or a related commercial analytics function.
  • Strong familiarity with tracking integrity, attribution, reconciliation, and commission reporting workflows.
  • Experience handling pipeline management, forecasting methodology, or CRM operations.
  • Ability to work remotely with at least 4 hours of overlap with CET hours and roughly 9 AM–6 PM CET availability.
  • Full-time availability.
  • Ability to structure and present data clearly to support business decisions.
  • Experience collaborating with commercial teams, finance, partners, or leadership.
  • Familiarity with the prop trading industry and Prop Firm Match Global's mission is strongly valued.
