Description

  • Build and execute strategy to convert cold accounts into customers while expanding current customer accounts in partnership with Customer Success.
  • Orchestrate and close profitable growth contracts exceeding $1M in committed annual revenue.
  • Establish executive relationships across prospect, customer, and partner accounts.
  • Develop and execute custom account plans for assigned accounts.
  • Own outbound pipeline generation strategy and manage daily deal progression with urgency.
  • Lead contract review and negotiation in partnership with Legal.
  • Perform business reporting and forecasting in Salesforce and other company systems.
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders using Slack, Google Suite, and email.
  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Finance, and other cross-functional teams to pursue market opportunities and improve the company.
  • Develop subject matter expertise in digital identity, fraud prevention, and trusted online transactions.

Requirements

  • Demonstrable track record closing $1M/year new logo SaaS contracts with Fortune 1000 accounts.
  • Experience selling digital transformation SaaS solutions in FinTech, Banking, Insurance, or Mortgage/Title verticals.
  • Experience in identity verification, digital identity, or identity infrastructure is highly preferred.
  • Exposure to IAM, fraud and risk, AML/KYC, or trust and safety solutions is highly preferred.
  • Prior knowledge of security, identity verification, or eSign product solutions is a plus.
  • Existing relationships within key accounts.
  • Tremendous business acumen and judgment.
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • Executive presence.
  • Technical proficiency with modern enterprise software productivity tools.
  • Comfort with ambiguity and a problem-solving orientation.
  • Willingness to travel approximately 50% of the time for customer visits, team meetings, and industry events.
