Description

  • Lead full-cycle recruiting across intake, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and closing.
  • Partner with hiring managers and leadership to define hiring needs and build recruiting strategies.
  • Develop targeted sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill roles in analytics, Epic, and life sciences.
  • Build and maintain a diverse pipeline of qualified candidates through proactive sourcing and networking.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert in healthcare IT recruiting, including Epic applications, data and analytics, and life sciences.
  • Deliver a strong candidate experience through clear communication, timely feedback, and a smooth interview process.
  • Act as a brand ambassador by communicating Prominence’s value proposition and differentiators to candidates.
  • Contribute to employer branding initiatives to strengthen market presence and attract top talent.
  • Use recruiting data and analytics to monitor pipeline health, identify trends, and improve processes.
  • Maintain accurate candidate and requisition records in the applicant tracking system.
  • Collaborate with People, Sales, and Delivery teams to align recruiting with organizational goals.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a strong focus on technical recruiting in healthcare or consulting.
  • Experience recruiting healthcare IT talent, including Epic-certified professionals, analytics talent, and/or life sciences roles.
  • Deep understanding of the healthcare technology landscape, including provider systems, data platforms, and clinical applications.
  • Proven ability to act as a strategic partner to hiring managers and influence hiring decisions.
  • Strong sourcing expertise using LinkedIn Recruiter and other advanced sourcing tools and techniques.
  • Experience using recruiting metrics and analytics to inform decisions and improve outcomes.
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Highly organized ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience working in a remote or distributed team environment preferred.
  • Ability to work in the United States without sponsorship.
  • Experience in niche recruiting areas such as Epic, healthcare analytics, or life sciences preferred.
