Description

  • Build and nurture relationships through in-person community events, meetups, dinners, and local business gatherings.
  • Identify prospects and convert warm introductions into signed contracts through consistent follow-up and consultative selling.
  • Sell Cora’s full product suite, including Team Brains, Brain Boot, Agents, CEO Brain Coaching, and AI Transformation.
  • Represent Cora as a local face of the company and help establish its go-to-market motion in the city.
  • Sell Process Street when there is a fit with the customer’s workflow documentation and compliance automation needs.
  • Generate pipeline through networking and community engagement rather than traditional cold outreach.
  • Manage deals across a range of sizes from $2,000 to $20,000+ per month.
  • Work autonomously without daily management while maintaining momentum across multiple prospects.
  • Attend 3-5 business events per week, including evenings.
  • Help shape the early sales playbook and broader market approach for the product.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in sales, business development, partnerships, or community-building roles.
  • Active user of AI tools, with Claude Code preferred.
  • Experience building agentic workflows, automation sequences, or AI-powered tools is preferred.
  • Located in a major metro area and able to work fully remotely from that location.
  • Willingness to attend 3-5 business events per week, including evenings.
  • Comfort with consultative selling across deal sizes from $2,000 to $20,000+ per month.
  • Self-directed and able to work autonomously without daily management.
  • Existing relationships in the local startup, SMB, or tech community is preferred.
  • Experience selling AI, SaaS, or professional services is preferred.
  • Background at an early-stage company or in a role requiring self-generated opportunities is preferred.
