Description

  • Serve as the single point of contact for assigned integrated delivery network (IDN) groups.
  • Manage and grow business within contracted strategic accounts.
  • Partner with Commercial Operations and Marketing to prepare presentations for hospital executive meetings and IDN marketing events.
  • Co-develop key opinion leaders (KOLs) and build relationships within targeted accounts.
  • Support weekly and quarterly sales planning processes.
  • Expand clinical usage by identifying and training new surgeon users and growing existing procedural business.
  • Collaborate with physician relations, business development, marketing, and reimbursement teams to increase awareness, trial, and utilization.
  • Identify billing and coding alignment opportunities and work with internal reimbursement resources to address them.
  • Use account dashboards and local performance data to identify growth opportunities and strategic targets.
  • Maintain positive relationships across PROCEPT BioRobotics and comply with quality and EHS requirements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in medical device or capital sales, healthcare consulting, or physician practice development.
  • Prior exposure to urology, BPH treatment pathways, or IDN sales engagement preferred.
  • Demonstrated success driving adoption of clinical solutions or programs within IDNs.
  • Strong communication, project management, independent thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience collaborating with multiple teams and stakeholders across a defined geography.
  • Ability to lead structured initiatives in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
  • Ability to travel up to 75%.
  • Internal candidates must be meeting or exceeding expectations in their current role and willing to travel as required.
  • Experience presenting to hospital executive leadership preferred.
  • Experience implementing office growth strategies in healthcare preferred.
  • Ability to analyze and interpret procedural data and translate insights into action preferred.
  • Proficiency in Excel and strong computer skills preferred.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for innovation and patient impact preferred.
  • Change management experience in a strategic environment preferred.
