Description

  • Serve as the trusted advisor and primary liaison for a portfolio of high-value, complex key accounts.
  • Develop in-depth account knowledge and strategic engagement plans for assigned customers.
  • Identify expansion opportunities and drive upsell and cross-sell initiatives.
  • Proactively manage contract renewals to support retention and customer satisfaction.
  • Represent the voice of the customer internally and advocate for enhancements that meet client needs.
  • Lead regular executive business reviews and provide performance reporting, roadmap alignment, and risk mitigation plans.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Support, Customer Success, Sales Engineers, and Technical Account Managers to support onboarding, adoption, and escalation resolution.
  • Monitor industry trends and the competitive landscape to position Kaseya as a strategic partner.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in enterprise account management, customer success, or consultative sales, preferably in a SaaS, MSP, or IT services environment.
  • Demonstrated track record managing multimillion-dollar portfolios and achieving account growth and retention goals.
  • Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage senior-level executives and IT decision-makers.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presentation and storytelling abilities.
  • Experience building and executing strategic account plans.
  • Background in IT management software, cybersecurity solutions, or managed service provider ecosystems is preferred.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce and data analytics platforms is preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or a related field is preferred; MBA is a plus.
