Description

  • Execute sales strategy across assigned IDN targets.
  • Manage the complex capital sales process for the Aquabeam System in new and existing hospitals.
  • Develop and implement sales activities to achieve and exceed revenue goals.
  • Identify key institutions, build market awareness, and drive adoption of the Aquabeam System.
  • Develop initial relationships with National and Regional IDN administrators and senior hospital leaders.
  • Build clinical and administrative support through technical presentations, executive meetings, and marketing events.
  • Support expansion of clinical usage across all accounts.
  • Prepare monthly reports analyzing regional business performance.
  • Develop and maintain key relationships within targeted accounts and cultivate key opinion leaders.
  • Provide management updates on competition, product usage, clinical updates, reimbursement, and other business metrics.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited, reputable four-year institution.
  • 5+ years of experience in sales, sales management, training, or marketing.
  • 3+ years of capital selling experience preferred.
  • Experience selling disruptive technology in a startup environment.
  • High level of technical and clinical product knowledge.
  • Strong organizational, communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and thrive in a complex environment.
  • Proven self-starter with a goal-oriented approach.
  • Strong local relationships within the healthcare community in the specified geographic area.
  • Leadership experience in the medical device arena; Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint proficiency; ability to travel up to 75%.
