Description

  • Support system launch, adoption, and procedural success across assigned accounts.
  • Partner with Clinical Specialists during case coverage and ensure smooth handoffs from Capital and Launch teams.
  • Train and support surgeons, OR staff, and office staff on system setup, workflow, and procedural scheduling.
  • Track and document surgeon progression through the onboarding pathway and required competency milestones.
  • Build early relationships with surgeons and office staff to support practice integration and scheduling.
  • Assist Territory Managers with sales planning, account development, and goal achievement.
  • Support field demos, workshops, and marketing events to drive awareness and engagement.
  • Gather customer feedback to inform Marketing and R&D product and program enhancements.
  • Manage CRM documentation, expense reports, case logs, and other administrative tasks.
  • Maintain compliance with company quality, regulatory, and EHS policies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a medical device sales environment or B2B background.
  • Demonstrated success in customer engagement and technical aptitude.
  • Ability to travel up to 75%, primarily domestically.
  • Must be able to achieve clinical proficiency to independently cover a case within 60 days after graduation from Aqua Academy.
  • Up to 30 days of supplemental coaching may be required to achieve sign-off.
  • Strong clinical communication and OR familiarity is preferred.
  • Experience with OR training and procedural support is preferred.
  • Collaborative, organized, and detail-oriented with strong administrative discipline (CRM and expenses) is preferred.
  • Spanish fluency is preferred.
