Description

  • Own and grow the assigned territory covering Sarasota and Charlotte counties.
  • Build and maintain relationships with on-premise and off-premise accounts.
  • Drive distribution and sales goals across accounts of all sizes.
  • Execute tastings, promotions, events, and ride-alongs to increase brand awareness.
  • Manage weekly visits, follow-ups, and account prioritization within the territory.
  • Track and report sales metrics, wins, and opportunities to leadership.
  • Train accounts on product positioning and competitive advantages to improve sell-through.
  • Support distributor initiatives, ABP execution, and national account strategies.
  • Sell new JuneShine Brands innovation, including Willies Remedy+, and other portfolio products.

Requirements

  • Must be 21 years of age or older at the time of application.
  • State-specific alcohol certification is required by the start date.
  • Minimum of 2 years of alcohol beverage sales experience.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and/or Google Workspace.
  • Must be based in Sarasota or Charlotte County with reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
  • Ability to travel weekly throughout the territory.
  • Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed.
  • 2+ years of beverage, THC, or CPG sales experience preferred.
  • Established distributor relationships in the Treasure Coast market preferred.
  • Experience managing large, multi-city territories preferred.
  • Experience supporting national account execution preferred.
  • Must reside in the United States to be considered.

  • $60,000–$70,000 annual base salary.
  • Discretionary performance bonus opportunity up to 30% of base pay.
