Description

  • Serve as a subject matter expert on ICHRA and support internal teams in selling and servicing ICHRA clients.
  • Assist Business Development and Sales by presenting ICHRA and explaining Gravie’s services and value proposition.
  • Develop customer-specific solutions within program scope and capabilities.
  • Support Account Management and Implementation Managers to ensure a successful handoff from Sales and ongoing program support.
  • Partner with sales managers and marketing on inside sales efforts and revenue growth initiatives.
  • Prospect, qualify, and follow up on inbound and outbound leads to generate new sales opportunities.
  • Conduct discovery outreach to understand broker and customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
  • Manage the sales pipeline in CRM systems with accurate tracking and timely follow-ups.
  • Present products and services through phone, email, virtual meetings, and in-person meetings to move prospects toward close.
  • Enhance educational and training materials for the Sales team, broker partners, employers, and other stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or equivalent experience.
  • Insurance Producer’s License or the ability to obtain one within six months of onboarding.
  • Healthcare operations experience.
  • Knowledge of the ICHRA market and the ability to grow into a subject matter expert.
  • Client-facing sales and presentation experience.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time-critical issues effectively.
  • Experience working in a highly dynamic environment, such as a startup or emerging growth company.
  • Ability to collaborate across teams and functions.
  • Experience with ICHRA regulations, ACA individual plan regulations, employer contribution determination, affordability testing, and product availability by state is preferred.
