Description

  • Support system launch, adoption, and procedural success across assigned accounts.
  • Partner with Clinical Specialists during case coverage and ensure smooth handoffs from Capital and Launch teams.
  • Train and support surgeons, OR staff, and office staff on system setup, workflow, and procedural scheduling.
  • Track surgeon progression through the onboarding pathway and ensure completion of required competency milestones.
  • Build early relationships with surgeons and office staff to support practice integration and procedural scheduling.
  • Assist Territory Managers with sales planning, account development, and goal achievement.
  • Support field demos, workshops, and marketing events to drive awareness and engagement.
  • Gather feedback from customers and stakeholders to inform Marketing and R&D product and program improvements.
  • Manage CRM documentation, expense reports, case logs, and other administrative tasks.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a medical device sales environment or B2B background.
  • Demonstrated success in customer engagement and technical aptitude.
  • Ability to travel up to 75%, primarily domestically.
  • Ability to achieve clinical proficiency and independently cover a case within 60 days after graduation from Aqua Academy.
  • Willingness to complete up to 30 days of supplemental coaching if needed to achieve sign-off.
  • Strong clinical communication skills and OR familiarity (preferred).
  • Experience in OR training and procedural support (preferred).
  • Collaborative, organized, and detail-oriented with strong administrative discipline.
  • Effective team player with high adaptability and learning agility.
  • Fluent in Spanish (preferred).
