Description

  • Lead a team of Platform Account Executives focused on expanding Stripe’s footprint with enterprise SaaS platforms.
  • Drive sales growth through leadership, organizational planning, customer service, and execution.
  • Own deal strategy and partner across the business to improve pipeline health, funnel conversion, win rate, and margin preservation.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to shape Stripe’s product roadmap and improve selling and forecasting practices.
  • Engage on the largest strategic opportunities and lead executive-level relationships.
  • Oversee Stripe’s expansion with global SaaS platforms.
  • Make hiring decisions, refine the ideal candidate profile, and improve onboarding strategy.
  • Create structure and focus for GTM ideas and product sales campaigns, including execution and measurement.
  • Define sales support mechanisms, processes, and programs to support rapid business growth and revenue attainment.
  • Be accountable for delivering revenue growth.

Requirements

  • 12+ years of relevant enterprise sales experience.
  • 3+ years of people management experience.
  • Ability to hire, coach, and motivate a high-performance sales team.
  • Ability to articulate complex technical concepts and translate them into business-relevant terms.
  • Demonstrated quantitative and analytical skills.
  • Preferred: thrives in fast-paced settings with a high level of autonomy and can create clarity and structure.
  • Preferred: strong ability to work with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.
  • Preferred: experience scoping and managing strategic projects with input from cross-functional teams.
  • Preferred: prior experience in financial services, the payments industry, or with the card networks.
