Description

  • Meet sales targets by growing revenue, developing market share, and winning new and key accounts within the territory.
  • Develop leads, acquire new customers, and maintain strong relationships with existing and targeted customers.
  • Manage market growth, pipeline development, key account planning, and ongoing account management.
  • Build business by planning and coordinating events that introduce Dymax technologies, products, and services to target audiences.
  • Develop and execute the territory sales process, including account audits, proposals, quotes, presentations, and follow-up.
  • Create and implement a territory account sales plan aligned with target opportunities and revenue goals.
  • Generate sales through cold calling, lead generation, responding to inquiries, and researching prospective opportunities.
  • Coordinate with global key account teams to capture in-territory opportunities and route non-key leads appropriately.
  • Identify customer needs at key accounts and work with Business Development and R&D to develop solutions.

Requirements

  • BS/BA degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • 3+ years of related sales experience.
  • Preferred background in custom adhesives, chemicals, coatings/paint, medical/pharmaceutical, food manufacturing, or packaging/dispensing environments.
  • Ability to handle and operate equipment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Windows-based software.
  • Ability to travel up to 80%.
  • Self-directed, resourceful, detail-oriented, and able to follow through.
  • Positive, professional attitude under pressure.
  • Ability to actively listen, empathize, and present to current and prospective customers.
