Description

  • Meet or exceed quarterly sales quota for the assigned territory.
  • Develop territory sales plans with the sales manager based on local market conditions.
  • Manage the complex sales process for the Aquabeam System in new and existing hospitals.
  • Build clinical and administrative support through technical presentations, executive meetings, and marketing events.
  • Identify key institutions, generate market awareness, and drive system sales across the territory.
  • Build support from surgeons and hospital administration for Aquablation therapy.
  • Transition initial sale and installation to the Aquablation sales team to drive procedural volume and growth.
  • Develop relationships with CEOs, senior hospital administrators, key customers, and KOLs in the region.
  • Provide monthly forecasts, maintain CRM records, and complete required sales reporting on time.
  • Support customer service, resolve product complaints or safety issues, and comply with quality, EHS, FDA, and Sunshine Act requirements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited, reputable institution.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in medical and capital sales within the Operating Room.
  • Experience working for a startup company selling disruptive surgical technology.
  • Strong local relationships within the healthcare community in the specified geographic area.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills through professional performance, sports, clubs, or associations.
  • Ability to travel up to 75%.
  • Experience in greenfield and existing hospital sales environments (preferred by role context).
  • Ability to work effectively with clinicians, administrators, and internal cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to maintain hospital credentials and comply with facility access requirements.
  • Base pay of $130,000, with eligibility for annual performance bonus and equity.
