Description

  • Lead strategic marketing planning for the Autoimmune therapeutic area, clinical FSP, and related CRO services.
  • Create feature/advantage/benefit messaging frameworks with proof points to strengthen market positioning.
  • Develop differentiated content strategies and oversee omnichannel marketing execution.
  • Design, implement, and optimize sales enablement tools to support sales targets.
  • Identify Autoimmune and FSP client profiles in partnership with lead generation and inside sales teams.
  • Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across blogs, website, SEM, SEO, AI search, social media, and other channels.
  • Ensure consistent messaging and stakeholder engagement across digital platforms.
  • Collaborate with operational, medical/scientific, and commercial teams to produce thought leadership content.
  • Lead annual conference planning and execution, including budgeting, messaging, and coordination with event teams.
  • Provide reporting, performance insights, and strategic recommendations based on metrics, trends, and stakeholder feedback.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 12+ years of relevant experience in marketing, communications, life sciences, biotech, or healthcare.
  • Advanced degree with 4+ years of relevant experience is preferred.
  • 6–8 years of marketing experience with a proven track record of independently leading projects, including customer-facing initiatives.
  • Experience in therapeutic area marketing and FSP services; autoimmune experience and familiarity with broader clinical CRO services are strong pluses.
  • Proven success developing webinars and live events, including speaker coordination and promotional strategy.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to communicate complex information clearly and effectively.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies, including scheduling, budgeting, and status reporting.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Ability to identify and present data-driven insights that influence strategic decision-making.
  • Solid understanding of end-to-end work processes and ability to optimize for efficiency and effectiveness.
