Description

  • Serve as the lead point of contact on assigned client projects as directed by the Account Supervisor.
  • Manage the overall delivery of individual client project assignments.
  • Provide quality control for client deliverables and align creative brief details across internal and client teams.
  • Coordinate and participate in content planning meetings with subject matter experts and other personnel.
  • Facilitate the medical-legal-regulatory review process for promotional materials and related documents.
  • Work with the Project Management team to develop timelines and communicate milestones.
  • Execute projects according to timelines and budgets while managing internal team activities.
  • Identify project risks and proactively alert the team to potential red flags.
  • Take detailed notes during client interactions and prepare client contact reports with next steps.
  • Provide standard and customized status and financial reports and attend internal cross-functional meetings as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required for Assistant Account Executive candidates.
  • At least 1 year of experience as an Assistant Account Executive or Account Executive in advertising, marketing, communications, or a related industry required for Account Executive candidates.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook required.
  • Ability to travel up to 5% required.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, communication, or a related subject preferred.
  • Medical communications or healthcare industry experience preferred.
  • Experience writing SOWs and project briefs preferred.
  • Ability to contribute to the development of strategic documents preferred.
  • Strong initiative, planning and organization, interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills required.
