Description

  • Manage your time effectively and prioritize high-impact sales activities.
  • Conduct deep customer discovery research to understand buyer personalities and business goals.
  • Create awareness of influencer marketing strategy and explain the value of Modash’s solution.
  • Own and move deals through the sales cycle while maintaining close contact with customers.
  • Lead effective sales discussions to assess whether Modash fits a buyer’s marketing goals.
  • Write creative outreach messages to leads, prospects, and customers.
  • Report internally on performance and analyze results and next steps.
  • Help innovate and automate a data-driven SaaS sales process.
  • Contribute to customer experience improvements that support referrals and upselling opportunities.

Requirements

  • Prior Account Executive or Sales Consulting experience is required.
  • Proven track record of closing deals.
  • Experience managing an inbound sales process in a SaaS company or consultative sales experience in a fast-growing startup.
  • Knowledge of B2B sales, challenger sale, and question-based selling.
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and organization skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal English skills.
  • Strong written communication skills for outreach and asynchronous collaboration.
  • Ability to work at least 4 overlapping hours with GMT+3 each day.
  • Comfort working in US time zones.
  • Curiosity, empathy, resilience, results orientation, and a highly ambitious, get-it-done mindset.
  • Interest in the creator economy and alignment with Modash’s mission.
  • Based in Toronto, with the role focused mainly on clients in North America.
