Description

  • Lead the growth and development of consultative services for life sciences clients.
  • Deliver market access engagements across the payer, provider, and patient continuum.
  • Drive revenue and sales goals through direct client engagement and support for project leads.
  • Provide leadership and direction as part of the core consulting leadership team.
  • Support hiring, staffing, people development, and culture building.
  • Collaborate across multiple business units on business strategy and execution.
  • Build new business opportunities and maintain long-term client partnerships.
  • Identify and propose technical and strategic solutions to client challenges.
  • Coach, mentor, and develop staff, including onboarding and career development planning.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in science, Economics, Business, or a related field preferred; master’s or PhD is an advantage.
  • 8-10 years of consulting or related experience in distribution, patient support services, group purchasing organizations engagement, and contracting.
  • Deep expertise and experience in market access and distribution.
  • Advanced understanding of patient support services and the end-to-end drug development and commercialization lifecycle.
  • Proven track record in revenue generation and business development.
  • Excellent communication skills, including strong strategic and technical writing skills.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide team decision-making and serve as a role model.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills with external and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to streamline processes and remove day-to-day barriers for the team.
  • Experience with go-to-market commercialization strategy, pricing and market access strategy, specialty distribution, and patient support services design is valued.
