Description

  • Partner on company-wide budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes.
  • Serve as a strategic thought partner on planning, tradeoffs, and investment decisions.
  • Act as the dedicated FP&A partner to program teams and functional leaders across the organization.
  • Evaluate strategic opportunities, challenge assumptions, and support disciplined resource allocation and portfolio prioritization.
  • Advance financial systems, reporting, and analytics to improve decision-making and accountability.
  • Champion the adoption of AI and automation across FP&A to streamline workflows and reduce manual work.
  • Perform scenario analyses and risk/opportunity assessments to support resource alignment with corporate strategy.
  • Identify emerging risks and opportunities early and propose solutions that support company objectives.
  • Translate complex financial analyses into clear, actionable insights for senior leaders and the broader organization.
  • Support the accounting close process as needed to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.

Requirements

  • BS/BA in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • 15+ years of experience in FP&A or another financial operations role.
  • Biotech or pharmaceutical industry experience required.
  • Working knowledge of GAAP.
  • Strong understanding of forecasting methodologies and clinical program accruals.
  • Proven track record of cross-functional influence and executive communication.
  • Experience applying AI and automation tools to financial analysis, reporting, and decision-making.
  • Ability to thrive in ambiguity, lead through change, and inspire results.
  • Willingness and flexibility to travel as needed.
  • Comfort with computer-based work, screen work, basic hand coordination, and occasional movement.

Benefits

  • Annualized base salary of $198,000 to $219,000 USD.
