Description

  • Manage the annual revenue plan and rolling forecast cadence, including scenario modeling and forecast updates.
  • Own the revenue model and driver-based unit economics, linking product, channel, and customer behavior to financial outcomes.
  • Run scenario and sensitivity analyses to quantify upside, downside, and decision triggers.
  • Track forecast accuracy, explain variance drivers, and improve prediction quality over time.
  • Lead monthly revenue business reviews and drive corrective actions with named owners and timelines.
  • Operationalize templates and dashboards and partner with Data and Strategic Finance to automate and validate reporting.
  • Deliver executive-level revenue reporting with performance vs. plan, leading indicators, and cohort analysis.
  • Prepare concise decision memos and presentations with quantified options, recommendations, and success metrics.
  • Partner with Product and Strategic Finance to translate roadmap and strategy into revenue assumptions.
  • Work with Sales, Marketing, and Commercial teams to turn pipeline, pricing, and promotional dynamics into forecast inputs.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in FP&A or Strategic Finance.
  • BA/BS in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a similar field; CPA, CMA, CFA, or MBA preferred.
  • Comfort with querying raw data using SQL.
  • Experience with modern analytics and reporting tools such as BigQuery, Looker, or Sigma.
  • Experience with financial/ERP systems such as Adaptive or NetSuite.
  • Proven ability to own revenue planning, forecasting, and P&L stewardship.
  • Advanced financial modeling experience, including cohort, driver-based, and unit-economics models.
  • Experience running scenario and sensitivity analyses and validating complex assumptions.
  • Strong cross-functional partnering skills with Product, Sales, Marketing, Commercial, and Data teams.
  • Preferred: experience in high-growth, product-led, marketplace, or e-commerce businesses, with a background in investment banking or private equity.
