Description

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with client decision makers through regular business reviews and ongoing communication.
  • Lead cross-functional account teams across paid, owned, and earned channels to achieve client business objectives.
  • Develop cross-channel media plans, testing roadmaps, and strategic pivots to improve campaign performance.
  • Use data, analytics, and first-party tools to identify opportunities and deliver clear, actionable reporting.
  • Apply measurement frameworks to guide strategy, budgeting, optimization, and incrementality validation.
  • Coach, develop, and support Account Managers and Resource Team leads to strengthen client leadership and execution.
  • Oversee client retention efforts, including renewal strategy, proposal development, and contract review.
  • Identify and pursue service expansion opportunities to grow client partnerships and revenue.
  • Support department initiatives such as recruitment, staffing, training, onboarding, and product quality improvement.
  • Lead specialty focus-area initiatives and use AI technologies to improve business processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related discipline.
  • 10+ years of cross-channel digital marketing experience, ideally in a digital or media agency.
  • Experience in strategic planning, consumer insights, digital integration, and client services.
  • Proven track record of achieving high customer satisfaction scores through NPS or similar retention metrics.
  • Strong understanding of paid media, especially Google Ads and Meta Ads.
  • Working knowledge of SEO, analytics, and creative workflows and deliverables.
  • Experience speaking to business metrics such as LTV:CAC and ROAS.
  • Ability to establish client goals and validate forecast scenarios.
  • Campaign leadership experience across end-to-end multi-channel campaign development.
  • Ability to build rapport quickly with executive-level contacts.
  • Comfort functioning as both a marketing consultant and a business consultant.
  • Highly dependable, self-starting, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit with a passion for problem-solving, learning, and personal growth.
