Description

  • Own the brand positioning, messaging, and go-to-market narrative for Dodge Construction Network.
  • Develop persona-based messaging for key audiences across the construction ecosystem.
  • Build a scalable messaging framework across demand generation, content, and sales enablement.
  • Define the visual identity that clearly communicates the company’s offering and market differentiation.
  • Manage a team of two designers and coordinate brand execution across functions.
  • Partner with commercial teams to deliver on the brand promise throughout the customer journey.
  • Establish a system for identifying thought leaders and topics for solution-oriented content and experiences.
  • Create and guide SEO- and AI search-friendly content that supports monthly lead and engagement goals.
  • Work with Events and Enterprise Sales to align thought leaders to speaking opportunities, customer calls, and industry events.
  • Partner with Customer Success to build customer advocacy, manage online communities, and activate influencers and advocates.
  • Lead organic social media strategy, including the content calendar and measurement.
  • Oversee social proof initiatives such as ratings, analyst relations, customer case studies, and industry recognition programs.
  • Define KPIs for the brand team and use data and qualitative insights to continuously improve programs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • 10+ years of progressive B2B marketing experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in brand marketing leadership roles.
  • Experience in a data & analytics, SaaS, or technology company.
  • Proven success positioning complex solutions for multiple buyer personas.
  • Strong ability to translate technical capabilities into simple, differentiated stories.
  • Deep understanding of competitive positioning, objection handling, and challenger messaging techniques.
  • Comfort working with data and analytics teams to inform storytelling and go-to-market strategy.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with experience influencing executive stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States without future visa sponsorship required.
  • Remote/home-office based role with candidates considered from the continental United States.
  • Some travel is expected for this role.
