Description

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with client decision-makers through regular business reviews and strategic check-ins.
  • Lead cross-functional account teams across paid, owned, and earned channels to meet client business objectives.
  • Develop and oversee cross-channel media plans, testing roadmaps, and tactical pivots to improve performance.
  • Use first-party data, analytics, and reporting tools to identify opportunities and communicate actionable insights.
  • Apply measurement frameworks and business metrics to guide strategy, budgets, optimizations, and validation.
  • Coach, develop, and provide feedback to Account Managers and Resource Team leads to strengthen strategic execution and client communication.
  • Support client retention and renewal efforts by preparing proposals, analyzing contracts, and starting renewal work at least 90 days before expiration.
  • Identify and drive service expansion opportunities to deepen client partnerships and improve results.
  • Participate in department initiatives such as recruitment, staffing, onboarding, training, and talent development.
  • Leverage AI technologies to improve and optimize business processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related discipline.
  • 10+ years of cross-channel digital marketing experience, including strategic planning, consumer insights, digital integration, and client services.
  • Experience in a digital or media agency is strongly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of paid media, especially Google Ads and Meta Ads.
  • Working knowledge of SEO, analytics, and creative workflows and deliverables.
  • Experience using first-party data tools such as Google Analytics and Looker Studio.
  • Ability to speak to business metrics such as LTV:CAC and ROAS.
  • Proven ability to establish client goals and validate forecast scenarios.
  • Experience leading end-to-end multi-channel campaigns, including strategy, segmentation, and targeting.
  • Ability to build rapport and develop relationships with executive-level stakeholders.
  • Advanced spoken and written English proficiency is required.
  • Highly dependable, self-starter attitude with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for problem-solving, continuous learning, and personal growth.
