Description

  • Develop relationships with small and medium-sized customer accounts through proactive outreach to uncover pain points and identify ways to drive more value from Fieldwire.
  • Manage contract renewals and lead negotiations with SMB customer accounts.
  • Retain and grow revenue across a managed book of about 150 accounts.
  • Conduct business reviews, product demonstrations, and trainings with clients.
  • Work with the Construction Success Team to solve complex customer needs.
  • Expand the book of business by asking for referrals and uncovering new business opportunities.
  • Provide consistent white-glove service to support retention and account growth.
  • Engage with customers at scale in coordination with internal teams.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of quota-carrying inside sales experience with a track record of consistently exceeding targets, required.
  • Experience with outbound sales motions, including prospecting to generate leads and running full-cycle sales, preferred.
  • Experience managing projects with input from cross-functional teams.
  • Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to work well with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.
  • Cold-calling experience, preferred.
  • SaaS environment or construction industry experience, preferred.
  • Experience with Salesforce.com, preferred.
  • B2B transactional experience, preferred.
  • Metrics-driven mindset.
  • Strong presentation skills with the ability to communicate technical product details to both non-technical and technical customers.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in a primarily remote selling environment.
  • Highly organized, methodical, and process-oriented.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-performing sales environment.

Benefits

  • Estimated base salary of $70,000.
  • Eligible for a variable compensation bonus of up to $30,000.
