Description

  • Lead a distributed international marketing team across CAN, EMEA, the UK, LatAm, and APAC.
  • Develop talent, succession planning, and organizational structure to support scalable international growth.
  • Coach and develop team members to improve strengths, address growth areas, and raise performance.
  • Own and continuously refine Axon’s international marketing strategy across existing and high-opportunity markets.
  • Translate international marketing strategy into measurable revenue and sales pipeline.
  • Build and execute integrated campaigns with Product, Sales, and Marketing to drive engagement and pipeline.
  • Define and operationalize a clear international narrative and brand identity for locally relevant market execution.
  • Establish a scalable localization approach that accounts for language, culture, and geopolitical dynamics.
  • Set strategy for international events and brand presence to maximize pipeline generation and growth objectives.
  • Serve as the primary marketing partner to international sales leadership and align on market priorities and opportunities.
  • Partner with government and public affairs leadership on regulatory, geopolitical, and public perception considerations.
  • Work with Revenue Intelligence and Marketing Operations to define and report international marketing performance.

Requirements

  • 8 years of experience in SaaS marketing with specialized expertise in international markets, ideally in public safety or technology.
  • Experience leading marketing for U.S.-based companies expanding into international markets, especially Europe.
  • Proven track record marketing and selling cloud-based solutions.
  • Strong long-term strategic thinking with the ability to translate vision into detailed execution.
  • Ability to identify gaps in existing strategies and optimize performance in a fast-paced environment.
  • Data-driven mindset with a focus on measurable impact and performance.
  • True player-coach mentality, balancing strategic leadership with hands-on execution.
  • Strong cross-functional relationship-building and collaboration skills across International Sales, Product, Marketing, and Customer teams.
  • Track record of managing integrated marketing programs across digital, events, creative, and demand generation.
  • Experience with international government, regulations, and public affairs.
