Description

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with client decision makers through regular performance reviews, feedback sessions, and opportunity discussions.
  • Lead cross-functional account teams across paid, owned, and earned channels to meet client business objectives.
  • Develop and guide cross-channel media planning, testing roadmaps, and tactical pivots to improve performance.
  • Use data, analytics, and first-party tools such as Google Analytics and Looker Studio to identify opportunities and create actionable reporting.
  • Apply measurement frameworks to prioritize business metrics, evaluate attribution, and validate decisions with incrementality when needed.
  • Coach, develop, and provide feedback to Account Managers, Resource Team leads, and new hires to improve business acumen and execution quality.
  • Lead client retention and renewal strategy, including preparing presentations and proposals at least 90 days before contract expiration.
  • Partner with Account Managers and internal teams to identify service expansion opportunities and improve client partnerships.
  • Support department initiatives such as recruitment, staffing, training, onboarding, and special projects.
  • Use AI technologies to enhance and optimize business processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related discipline.
  • 10+ years of cross-channel digital marketing experience, ideally in a digital or media agency.
  • Proven success delivering high customer satisfaction through NPS or similar retention metrics.
  • Strong understanding of paid media, especially Google Ads and Meta Ads.
  • Working knowledge of SEO, analytics, and creative workflows and deliverables.
  • Experience speaking to business metrics such as LTV:CAC and ROAS.
  • Ability to establish client goals and validate forecast scenarios.
  • Experience leading end-to-end multi-channel campaigns, including strategy, segmentation, and targeting.
  • Ability to build rapport with executive-level contacts quickly.
  • Advanced spoken and written English proficiency is required.
  • Experience functioning as both a marketing consultant and a business consultant is preferred.
  • Highly dependable, self-starting, and effective in a fast-paced environment.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for problem-solving, continued learning, and personal growth.
