Description

  • Learn and apply lifecycle marketing best practices, strategies, and processes.
  • Execute email and SMS campaigns within multiple lifecycle platforms.
  • Create campaign calendars for a variety of clients.
  • Write custom email and SMS copy for different audience segments.
  • Segment campaign audiences based on customer behavior and demographic data.
  • Build targeted customer journeys based on site activity and purchase data.
  • Analyze campaign performance and report findings with strategic recommendations.
  • Optimize the lifecycle user experience using performance data and A/B testing results.
  • Support the lifecycle team with ad hoc projects such as reporting, execution, and copywriting.
  • Participate in an end-of-semester project and present learnings in a client deliverable format.

Requirements

  • Current college or university student enrolled in an internship course and receiving college credit.
  • 15-20 hours per week availability during Summer 2026.
  • Strong interest in a career that combines creativity and analytics.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Outstanding editing and proofreading skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
  • Detail-oriented with strong attention to accuracy.
  • Passion for storytelling.
