Description

  • Own marketing-sourced revenue by identifying and scaling acquisition channels such as outbound, SEM, and events.
  • Build and operationalize workflows that turn early wins into repeatable growth systems.
  • Automate lead scoring, routing, enrichment, and nurture processes in partnership with Marketing and RevOps.
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing to execute acquisition campaigns for launches and measure their impact.
  • Drive cross-functional revenue initiatives with Sales, Account Management, and Partnerships.
  • Collect stakeholder needs and translate them into practical execution plans and workflows.
  • Track campaign and channel performance to generate insights and inform budget allocation.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in growth, demand generation, or RevOps, ideally in SaaS, logistics tech, or e-commerce enablement.
  • Strong bias toward action and ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluency with AI systems and tooling, including iterating on prompts and connecting systems together.
  • Experience with full-funnel marketing approaches beyond paid ads.
  • Creative, resourceful, hacker mindset with comfort building in unproven or new environments.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills focused on concise, persuasive conversion-oriented messaging.
  • Low-ego collaboration style and ability to work effectively with engineers, designers, and sellers.
  • Background in fulfillment, cross-border logistics, or supply-chain finance is preferred.
  • Familiarity with Shopify ecosystems and DTC metrics such as return rate, ROAS, WISMO, and inventory turns is preferred.
  • Knowledge of RevOps tools such as Gong and HubSpot, plus attribution models, is preferred.
