Description

  • Lead and manage a team of full-stack and AI engineers, including mentorship, performance feedback, and career development.
  • Oversee the technical design, development, and deployment of AI-backed web applications.
  • Collaborate with product, design, and QA teams to deliver cross-functional projects.
  • Drive architecture decisions for scalable, reliable, and secure cloud-based AI platforms.
  • Lead technical decision-making aligned with product and company objectives.
  • Foster innovation by exploring state-of-the-art AI techniques.
  • Promote continuous learning and team growth in emerging AI technologies.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of software development experience, including 2+ years managing engineering teams.
  • Strong technical leadership experience building and operating production AI systems at scale.
  • Proven expertise in AI/ML areas such as NLP, computer vision, and recommendation systems.
  • Strong full-stack web development background, ideally with React, Python, and Node.js.
  • Experience with cloud architecture, DevOps, and data/ML pipelines and infrastructure.
  • Exceptional people management skills with the ability to motivate, mentor, and grow high performers.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical AI/ML concepts to cross-functional teams.
  • Experience leading teams in an agile, fast-paced environment with strong collaboration and stakeholder management.
  • Track record of delivering complex projects with a focus on scalability, reliability, and security.
