Description

  • Identify and close sales opportunities within existing customer accounts and targeted prospective accounts.
  • Introduce current customers and prospects to new products and services to strengthen relationships and grow revenue.
  • Generate leads and maintain a consistent sales pipeline through daily outreach.
  • Cultivate customer needs and develop effective sales strategies via phone and email.
  • Work with Account Managers after launch to ensure customer value delivery and identify upsell potential.
  • Identify and communicate add-on and cross-selling opportunities using knowledge of PointClickCare’s products, programs, and services.
  • Manage moderate to complex transactions and resolve complex transactional operations and issues in a fast-paced environment.
  • Support highly strategic customer accounts and assist with training and coaching other Inside Sales Reps.
  • Design and execute strategic business plans with detailed action items to drive profitable revenue growth.
  • Conduct outbound calls and perform needs analysis to prospect and close sales with small to medium service-based companies.

Requirements

  • Experience in healthcare or pharmacy sales; software industry experience is preferred.
  • Experience making outbound calls to generate sales, especially with small to medium service-based companies.
  • Ability to prospect, cold call, and close sales over the phone.
  • Experience conducting needs analysis.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build customer relationships quickly and effectively.
  • Organized, independent, resourceful, and diligent in maintaining CRM data.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, demanding environment.
  • Post-secondary diploma or degree.
  • Team-oriented mindset and willingness to collaborate with others.
