Description

  • Identify, prioritize, and execute tasks across the software development lifecycle.
  • Work with business stakeholders to iterate on software requirements.
  • Develop tools and applications by producing clean, efficient code.
  • Automate tasks through appropriate tools and scripting.
  • Analyze and debug systems.
  • Perform validation and verification testing in a test-driven manner.
  • Review others’ work and participate in peer reviews of your own work.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to fix and improve products.
  • Ensure software stays current with the latest technologies.
  • Build and support AI platform infrastructure, observability, and container security for platform operations.

Requirements

  • Experience writing clean, high-performance code at scale using Java or other functional/object-oriented languages.
  • Experience with Azure cloud services or equivalent.
  • Experience with cloud-native streaming using Azure Event Hub/Service Bus or similar technologies such as AWS Kinesis or Google Pub/Sub.
  • In-depth knowledge of relational databases such as Microsoft SQL Server or PostgreSQL.
  • Experience with GitHub Actions and Jenkins CI/CD pipelines.
  • Experience with Spring Boot.
  • Solid experience writing RESTful API endpoints.
  • Working knowledge of test-driven development and proficiency with Git.
  • Experience using system and performance monitoring tools such as Azure Log Analytics, Grafana, or DataDog.
  • Experience with automated testing frameworks such as Selenium, Cypress, Jest, or Playwright.
  • BSc/BA in Computer Science or a related degree.
  • Use of Generative AI code assistants such as GitHub Copilot is required, along with working knowledge of spec-driven development and daily use of current generative AI model capabilities.
  • Experience building and maintaining AI platform infrastructure, Kubernetes, and container security.
  • Demonstrated expertise in observability and monitoring frameworks, with experience in OpenTelemetry or NLPFlow.
  • Experience with AI infrastructure components such as vector databases, prompt/versioning stores, and AI IDEs.
  • Bonus: Experience with Kafka or Kafka-compatible platforms such as Redpanda or WarpStream.
  • Bonus: Experience with integration engines such as Rhapsody or Mirth.
  • Bonus: Experience with message brokers such as RabbitMQ.
  • Bonus: Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and Istio.
  • Bonus: Experience with Ansible.
  • Bonus: Experience with SAML, OAuth, and OpenID Connect.
  • Bonus: Experience working on a SaaS product or in a service-oriented architecture.
  • Bonus: Knowledge of scripting languages such as Python or Bash.
  • Bonus: Familiarity with vLLM, SGLang, or similar frameworks for LLM inference workloads.
  • Bonus: Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automation for AI model deployment and platform operations.
  • Bonus: Strong knowledge of authentication and authorization frameworks integrated into AI platforms.
