Description

  • Provide technical support to clients by troubleshooting and resolving issues related to products and services.
  • Apply structured problem analysis and effective troubleshooting techniques to diagnose technical problems.
  • Collaborate with the technical support team to identify and implement solutions to recurring issues.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of support cases, activities, and resolutions.
  • Stay current on technology trends and industry advancements relevant to the role.
  • Participate in training and development programs to strengthen technical skills and knowledge.
  • Translate complex technical concepts for technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Support and troubleshoot web-based software applications.

Requirements

  • Post-secondary diploma or degree in Information Technology or a related field.
  • Strong technical skillset with experience troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
  • Familiarity with troubleshooting strategies, effective questioning, and the 5 W's and an H.
  • Knowledge of network protocols and debugging tools, including TCP/IP, HTTP, FTP, SSH, and TLS/SSL.
  • Experience with RDBMS, preferably SQL Server, APIs, SSO/MFA, OAuth, OpenID, JavaScript, HL7, and XML.
  • Previous experience in a technical support role is an asset.
  • Proficiency with diagnostic and log analysis tools such as Kibana and AppDynamics.
  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts for both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Familiarity with AI tools such as MS Copilot and ChatGPT to improve support workflows.
  • Healthcare domain knowledge in care delivery, care coordination, business intelligence, financial performance, or pharmacy workflows and integrations for skilled nursing, senior living, home health, or acute care facilities.
  • Overtime eligibility and preferred shift work availability.
  • Willingness to travel to the Mississauga and/or Salt Lake City office for onboarding and team events if working remotely.
