Description

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customer contacts, implementation teams, partner implementers, and internal stakeholders.
  • Partner with customers to drive engagement, retention, and expansion across high-value accounts.
  • Conduct regular business reviews to assess progress, understand evolving needs, and align on growth strategies.
  • Monitor customer usage trends to identify risks, uncover growth opportunities, and recommend increased adoption strategies.
  • Act as a trusted advisor and advocate for customer business needs and success.
  • Set clear goals and coordinate with internal teams to ensure alignment and successful delivery.
  • Communicate consistently and transparently with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Conduct L1 product demos, review new features, and advise on technical setups and configurations.
  • Guide feature adoption, facilitate onboarding, and manage change for key functionalities.
  • Partner with Account Executives to identify and qualify upsell opportunities and contribute to pipeline growth.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or related fields.
  • Experience with technical solutions and complex service engagements.
  • Proven ability to identify upsell opportunities and drive growth within customer accounts.
  • Strong technical acumen with the ability to deliver product demos and consult on technical configurations.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong customer-centric mindset and ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple accounts and objectives in a fast-paced environment.
