Description

  • Build and support AI agents and intelligent workflows using Microsoft Azure tools such as Azure OpenAI, AI Foundry, and Copilot Studio.
  • Design and implement AI-powered orchestration and automation for configuration streamlining, onboarding automation, and data migration use cases.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including integration, implementation, product, and support to deliver scalable AI-driven solutions.
  • Develop APIs, scripts, and tools to connect LLM-based agents with existing enterprise systems using standards such as MCP.
  • Support testing, evaluation, deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement of AI workflows in production.
  • Implement output-quality evaluation, guardrails, and responsible AI safeguards for deployed workflows.
  • Stay current on AI platform roadmaps from major providers and emerging industry trends.
  • Contribute to the evolution of the internal AI delivery model and promote AI best practices across teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 3–5 years of experience in software or cloud engineering.
  • 3–5 years of experience working in SaaS or enterprise environments.
  • Experience building AI-powered workflows using Azure AI Foundry, Copilot Studio, and/or Now Assist.
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure services such as Azure AI, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, and Cognitive Services.
  • Exposure to AI agent orchestration or multi-agent systems.
  • Familiarity with retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) or vector database integration.
  • Experience working with multiple LLMs such as OpenAI GPT, Azure OpenAI, or Gemini, plus prompt engineering and AI-driven automation.
  • Proficiency in Python, C#, or JavaScript/TypeScript.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and cloud deployment practices.
  • Understanding of healthcare data formats such as HL7 and FHIR is a strong plus.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and eagerness to learn in a fast-moving environment.
  • Remote roles require travel to the Mississauga and/or Salt Lake City office for onboarding, team events, and semi-annual/annual meetings.
  • Hybrid roles require residence within commuting distance of the specified office location.
