Description

  • Execute and continuously optimize the partnership strategy across title, appraisal, data, and credit functions.
  • Manage day-to-day relationships, escalations, and performance with current vendors and prospective partners.
  • Build deep relationships within partner ecosystems to identify opportunities to improve the underwriting process.
  • Lead initiatives that improve production efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Monitor, report on, and improve partner performance against established KPIs.
  • Own cross-functional processes that help optimize key business performance indicators.
  • Influence and align internal stakeholders on new initiatives and partnership decisions.
  • Communicate key metrics, progress, and product recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for partner escalations, strategic risks, and opportunities.
  • Negotiate contracts and SLAs while maintaining compliance and managing business volume allocation.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in business operations, product strategy, product management, strategy, management consulting, or general management.
  • A track record of driving business growth through rapid, iterative improvement.
  • Demonstrated accomplishments with significant business or organizational impact.
  • Startup experience preferred.
  • MBA preferred.
  • Experience in fintech, insurance, financial services, and/or real estate preferred.
  • Strong data analysis skills and the ability to use numbers to tell a story.
  • Previous experience with SQL strongly preferred.
  • Strong business operations skills with the ability to think systematically about complex workflows and work cross-functionally.
  • Exceptional negotiation skills preferred.
