Description

  • Review and manage team calendars to ensure daily sales coverage.
  • Support Account Managers/Sales Reps with complex homeowner scenarios and resolve homeowner complaints.
  • Set monthly sales goals and manage team performance against quantitative and qualitative metrics.
  • Analyze sales reports and sales calls to identify performance trends and coaching opportunities.
  • Conduct 1:1s and team meetings, and provide coaching to underperforming team members.
  • Develop and implement monthly sales training plans.
  • Interview, hire, and onboard new Account Managers/Sales Reps.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams on sales-related initiatives.
  • Develop and implement call campaign strategies, including call volume expectations, scripting, and SLAs.
  • Optimize sales processes to improve team productivity and the customer experience.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in sales management with a strong focus on telephonic sales team performance management.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze performance data, identify trends, and drive operational improvements.
  • Proven experience leading complex operational and strategic initiatives.
  • Experience in Real Estate, Mortgage, or HELOC industries is strongly preferred.
  • Prior experience managing remote teams with a data-driven approach to performance improvement.
  • Strong decision-making skills and the ability to collaborate with stakeholders and align outcomes to business goals.
  • Ability to define short-term success metrics that support long-term company objectives.
  • Excellent prioritization and organizational skills with clear ownership across the team.
  • Effective conflict resolution and communication skills, including knowing when to involve additional stakeholders or HR.
  • Must attend four onsite events per year, with travel required; participation is mandatory.
  • Must obtain and maintain a Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) license within 60 days of start date, including NMLS registration and required background and credit checks.
  • Must reside in one of Point’s approved U.S. states of operation.

  • $90,000 base salary plus commission averaging up to 50% of base salary, with uncapped commission tied to team performance.
