Description

  • Support the end-to-end quote-to-cash process, including deal structuring, pricing reviews, contract approvals, and execution.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Legal, and Operations to ensure deals align with company policies, financial goals, and operational requirements.
  • Provide pricing guidance and analyze discounting and commercial terms to support enterprise deal negotiations and approvals.
  • Track deal performance, approval metrics, cycle times, and operational KPIs to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
  • Drive process improvements across contracting, approvals, and workflow management to improve scalability and sales efficiency.
  • Support automation and AI-driven operational initiatives while maintaining documentation, SLAs, and best practices.
  • Help scale the systems and frameworks that support revenue growth.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in Deal Desk, Sales Operations, Pricing, Finance, Revenue Operations, or a related role.
  • Experience supporting high-volume deal environments with strong attention to detail.
  • Experience working in SaaS, subscription-based, or technology businesses preferred.
  • Strong Excel or spreadsheet modeling skills.
  • Experience with Salesforce and quote-to-cash systems.
  • Familiarity with CPQ platforms is strongly preferred.
  • Comfortable working with data and operational reporting tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to evaluate non-standard situations and exercise sound business judgment.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to balance competing priorities.
  • Strong sense of ownership, urgency, and accountability.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable navigating cross-functional discussions and internal negotiation.
  • Understanding of core financial concepts such as revenue, gross margin, and profitability.
  • Familiarity with SaaS pricing models and subscription-based business structures.
  • Awareness of competitive dynamics and commercial deal strategy.
  • Experience supporting enterprise or strategic sales teams preferred.
  • Experience with discounting strategies and approval frameworks preferred.
  • Exposure to contract management or legal coordination within a sales process preferred.
  • Experience analyzing customer behavior, pricing trends, or deal performance data preferred.
  • Interest in process automation, AI tooling, or operational efficiency initiatives preferred.
