Description

  • Own and lead end-to-end forecasting processes to improve accuracy and discipline.
  • Deliver reporting on bookings, pipeline, demand generation, and team and individual performance.
  • Provide real-time dashboards, executive insights, and forward-looking analysis to support decision-making.
  • Maintain Salesforce as the single source of truth and ensure strong data governance.
  • Lead the UK sales tech stack, including vendor and licence management for tools such as Salesloft, Apollo, and Clari.
  • Partner with global teams to optimise and rationalise sales tools and improve efficiency.
  • Act as a key liaison between Sales, Marketing, Finance, Global Operations, and senior stakeholders.
  • Support leadership forums and MD/EVP-level reviews with commercial and operational insights.
  • Translate commercial strategy into operational delivery plans and drive strategic initiatives.
  • Optimise the end-to-end sales process, including win/loss analysis, quota planning, budgeting, and territory planning.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in Sales Operations or Revenue Operations, including leadership responsibility.
  • Strong expertise in Salesforce, including reporting and dashboard development.
  • Proven ownership of forecasting processes and delivery of executive-level insights.
  • Experience operating in a matrixed, international environment.
  • Ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive cross-functional initiatives.
  • Strong analytical thinking and clear written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strategic thinker who can operate effectively at both executive and tactical levels.
  • High degree of ownership and accountability with a proactive approach.
  • Commercial awareness and understanding of complex B2B sales cycles.
  • Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to connect insights to broader business impact.
  • Curious, solutions-focused, resilient, and comfortable challenging the status quo.
  • Experience in technology services or managed services environments is preferred.
  • Familiarity with Salesloft, Apollo, or Clari is preferred.
  • Experience evaluating and optimising sales technology stacks is preferred.
  • Track record of delivering measurable outcomes such as improved forecasting accuracy, enhanced CRM data integrity, accelerated deal cycles, or increased productivity through quota and territory optimisation.
