Description

  • Unify and analyze marketing data across NFHS Network, MaxPreps, and GoFan to build a holistic view of performance.
  • Conduct user-level analysis to identify behavioral trends, retention drivers, engagement drivers, and opportunities to increase ARPU.
  • Create executive-ready dashboards and help the marketing team move from manual reporting to modern BI tools.
  • Design and execute controlled experiments to measure lift, causality, and the incremental impact of campaigns and channels.
  • Refine attribution models to understand cross-channel contribution and inform media allocation decisions.
  • Own and maintain the Marketing Analytics roadmap, including priorities, sequencing, and long-term measurement strategy.
  • Surface growth opportunities across the brand portfolio through proactive analysis and insights.
  • Champion data adoption across the Marketing team and embed measurement into planning, creative development, and program decisions.
  • Partner with MarTech, Product, and Engineering on experimentation, attribution, and emerging data science and AI capabilities.
  • Translate complex multi-source datasets into clear recommendations for senior and executive stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in marketing analytics, business intelligence, or related data strategy roles, with a focus on digital marketing performance.
  • Expertise with BI tools such as Sigma, Looker, Tableau, or Power BI.
  • Advanced Excel or Google Sheets experience.
  • Strong SQL skills required.
  • Experience designing and evaluating multi-channel attribution models, incrementality tests, and marketing mix analyses.
  • Strong background in experiment design, statistical analysis, and data storytelling.
  • Proven ability to turn complex multi-source data into actionable insights for senior and executive stakeholders.
  • Experience working across multiple brands, data systems, and cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and align stakeholders without direct authority.
  • Familiarity with lifecycle, CRM, and paid media platforms such as email, subscription funnels, paid social, and paid search.
  • Experience defining and prioritizing analytics roadmaps or measurement strategies aligned to business goals.
