Description

Lead product demonstrations for transit agencies, operators, consultancies, and potential partners.
Partner with Account Executives and Account Managers to shape agency strategy, pitch, and value proposition.
Drive revenue growth by building client relationships, identifying opportunities, and supporting the sales process.
Organize and run 2- to 3-day onsite workshops for agency staff.
Run pilot programs and translate results into quantitative business cases.
Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Build and maintain high-trust relationships with agency staff and internal teams throughout the sales cycle.
Develop tools and processes that help prove Swiftly’s value.
Serve as a technical resource and first-line support for internal teams and prospects.
Represent Swiftly at conferences and events.

Requirements

3+ years of experience working at or with a transit agency.
Strong understanding of transit passenger information, planning, operations, and data standards.
Strong analytical skills and comfort working with data.
Strategic problem-solving mindset with a passion for partnering with transit agencies.
Strong proactive communication skills and comfort speaking with prospective customers.
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage communication across multiple departments and agencies.
Ownership-driven approach with the ability to resolve issues independently.
Comfort with ambiguity and ability to work autonomously.
Ability to travel about once a month across North America.
Experience in mission-oriented work related to mobility or sustainability (preferred).

US salary range of $120,000 to $155,000 USD; Canadian salary range of $158,000 to $164,000 CAD.
